The PicPop App is designed primarily for image capture and a streamlined user experience at events. The information collected includes:

• Images: Photographs taken using the App during events are pushed to our server for temporary storage.
• Metadata: Basic metadata associated with the image, such as the timestamp of capture and event identification, is collected to manage and organize the images.

No additional personal data is collected, as the App is intended solely for facilitating the capture and transfer of images during controlled, on-site events.

How We Use Your Information

The images and associated metadata are used solely for the following purposes:

• Temporarily storing and organizing images captured during an event.
• Allowing authorized users to access and retrieve their images, including via an airdrop feature that connects the iPad with the user's mobile device.
• Automatically flushing images from the server after a predetermined period (24 hours) to maintain data security and minimize storage.

All activities conducted via the App are controlled by PicPop UAE. The data is used strictly to support event operations and provide an efficient user experience.

Data Storage & Retention

Images and metadata are stored temporarily on our secure server to facilitate immediate user access. After 24 hours, all images are automatically deleted from our servers. This policy helps ensure that no data is retained longer than necessary.

Data Security

PicPop UAE takes the security of captured images seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data during capture, transfer, temporary storage, and deletion. Access to the App and its data is strictly controlled and monitored.

Third-Party Integrations

Our App incorporates elements developed on Lens Studio and may include functionalities provided by third-party services.
